A local trade business, not a call centre with vans
Akroatic started with one van, one licensed plumber, and a simple rule: explain the problem in plain language and fix it once. Fifteen years later we still work that way, with a team small enough that the person answering the phone knows the job.
We work on houses, rentals, and small commercial sites. Most of what we do comes from referrals and repeat customers rather than advertising, which is exactly how we want it.

What a master plumber licence actually means
A master licence is the top tier of the trade. It requires years of documented field hours as an apprentice and journeyman, a written exam on code and water safety, and continuing education to stay current with the plumbing code.
In practice it means the person planning your job is allowed to pull permits, sign off on gas and water connections, and is accountable to the licensing board for the work. Ask any contractor for their licence number before they touch your water supply, including us: ours is M-00000.

We test, we do not guess
Hardness, pressure, and water chemistry are measured on site. Filtration is specified from the readings, never from a catalogue package.
